Our tax advisory services fall into 5 broad categories:
1) Corporate Governance Advisory
- Our corporate advisory includes secretariat services
(regulated by Securities and Exchange Commission of
Pakistan (SECP)) which involves: - Advisory on laws regulate by SECP, e.g. Companies Act,
Limited Liability Partnership Act, Anti Money Laundering
Act etc; - Advisory on best possible options for company formation
according to tax laws and other requirements; - Formation of Companies, Not for Profit Organizations,
LLPs and liaison/branch office etc; - Advisory on mergers and acquisitions
- Filing of Statutory forms (e.g. Form A, Form 29, Form 3)
- Presentation before SECP officials;
- Acting as a company secretary, and Dealing with the Board of Directors and companies’ meetings.
